Along with Soul Life Coaching support, art-making and creative expression are practices we can learn to utilize. 
This supports the development of our intuitive process, gives our life's story meaning, and nourishes personal empowerment through liberating past imprinting and conditioning.  In addition, we do not heal in isolation and without a kind of healing justice present for us. 

That justice can arise from giving voice to our stories and having safe and experienced compassionate guides and witnesses for them.

Healing qualities allow access to our inner and spiritual resources-  cultivating a new story home structure, which we can continue to return to through times of adversity and life's challenges, while becoming more fully integrated in to this new way of being in communion with life.

All foster healing, growth and meaningful connection to life-giving and regenerative nourishment.

Art-making speaks to us from places we cannot easily access in other ways.  With intention, we allow ourself to move into flow, and to surrender to a process - without an attachment to a particular outcome, thus freeing us of perceived limitations and interfering judgements.  It contributes to a cultivation of Beauty for our world. It ignites us to reconsider our own limited self perceptions and to broaden our unrealized potential for contributing to a collective awakening through sensory transmissions.  Story-telling is a tool for us to put language into our emotional experiences and to uplift those narratives into importance-  as they reveal resiliency and lead to cathartic resolution.

Creative play is it's own unfoldment. We learn to partner with it for meaning and truth - truths many times yet to be revealed, thus emerging.  Support is provided for gently moving outside of our comfort which supports our personal growth and our soul's evolution.

A calling we all share - whether we are conscious of this or not, is to grow, and to keep our life forces engaged, to move forwards.

Life is an expansive and evolving experience to be wholeheartedly and courageously lived, not without fear, but with the embrace of our human emotions and with the acceptance of avoidable truths. Being compassionately present for the fullness of human emotions also calls us forward through mindful attention with our present reality.  This is true for both personal and collective unification.

Coaching sessions include: Identifying a specific challenge: anything you're experiencing causing you a disconnection and/or an undesired circumstance adversely affecting you, or holding you in a habitual pattern.
This can be something you are conscious of, or are willing to explore within your unconscious realm.
